Kundalini 101 - the fundamentals. Known as the Yoga of awareness. Focused more on spiritual / self realization & less on physical poses than other types of yoga such as heath or vinyasa. You can expect to learn the foundations, structure, sequencing, intro to Gurmukhi Mantra, breath work & chakra review. Experience your should and leave with an impression that will last a life time and beyond. Certification of participation will be given to those who complete both full days .
