What does a spa day look like to you? Maybe starting the morning with a yoga class to connect with your center? After the body is now awakened, walk down the hall into our first treatment room to receive an Ayurvedic herbal scrub and healing clay body mask. Now that is over, enjoy some down time in the FAR INFRARED Sauna room. After a serious sweat session will your choice be an Ayurvedic Rose Quartz Facial? Or maybe an intense Reiki Experience?
