YOGA


Our certified instructors will encourage you to explore – but not exceed- your personal limits. Everyday on the mat will be different, showing up for yourself is all that matters; everything else will fall into place. Gain peace knowing that we believe the experience you have from day to day is the exact experience meant for you.

What class is suitable for you?
The yoga schedule will be labeled with suitable levels for a particular class and time for a given day.

What level is right for you?

Level 1 - Intro

You are Intro Level If one or more of the following apply:

  • physical or mental limitation

  • fairly new to yoga

  • fairly new to meditation

  • experiencing pain, arthritis

  • not flexible

  • need to use a chair

  • any extreme health conditions

Level 2 - Moderate

You can attend the Moderate Level class if you have a general understanding of how to do modified postures/ focuses for physical or mental limitations and one of the following apply:

  • have some experience in meditation and yoga

  • want to challenge yourself with a slightly deeper physical or mental (meditation) practice

  • have increased flexibility since you started to practice

Level 3 - Advanced

You can attend the Advanced Level Class if you have a good understanding of how to implement modified postures and focuses for physical and mental limitations during your practice and one of the following apply:

  • would like to deepen your physical or mental practice by working on more advanced asanas

  • mantra meditation

  • meditations 30 minutes or longer

  • deepening breathwork practices

  • engage in group discussions/journaling classes.
